By creating an account, downloading, or using the Zyvra mobile application or website, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every provision in these terms, you must not access or use the application.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: ZYVRA HEALTH LABS INC., ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, CARDIOVASCULAR EVENT, EXERTION FATIGUE, OR DEATH ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION OR RELIANCE ON ITS METRICS.
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANY ATHLETIC ACTIVITY, EXERCISE PROGRAM, OR LIFESTYLE ADJUSTMENT IS AT YOUR SOLE VOLUNTARY RISK.
3. Wellness Information Only — Not Medical Advice
Zyvra is an informational and lifestyle health tracking application. All scores, including Cardio Load (0–10), Autonomic Recovery (0–100%), and Sleep Architecture are algorithmic estimations derived from consumer wearables. Zyvra is not a medical device, does not diagnose any medical condition, and does not replace the judgment of licensed physicians. Always consult a medical professional prior to commencing vigorous training.
4. User Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Zyvra. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or misuse the service.
5. Intellectual Property
All visual designs, branding, logos, algorithms, hypnogram visualizations, and codebase are the proprietary intellectual property of Zyvra. Unauthorized copying or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
